The 1/2 Cow share is ideal for beef enthusiasts and larger families looking to stock up on high-quality, grass-fed beef. With a hanging weight ranging from 360-440 pounds and priced between $1,700-$2,100, this option offers significant savings compared to buying individual cuts. You'll receive a wide array of premium cuts, including steaks, roasts, ground beef, and specialty items. This share allows you to explore different cuts and cooking methods while enjoying the peace of mind that comes with knowing exactly where your beef comes from.

Please Note: A $400 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of purchase to secure your 1/2 cow share. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery, based on the final hanging weight.

Steps to Order a Cow Share:

1. Customize Your Cuts - Tell us your preferences using our cut specification form. Select your ideal mix of steaks, roasts, and other cuts, with remaining portions converted to ground beef. 2. Reserve Your Share - Secure your preferred portion with a deposit: $200 for quarter, $400 for half, or $800 for whole cow. Your deposit guarantees your selection of our premium beef. You'll do that on this page.
3. Receive In-Home Delivery - We'll process your order to your specifications and deliver it right to your door within 3-6 weeks. Final payment (cash, check, or credit card with 3% fee) based on hanging weight is collected upon delivery.
