1. Customize Your Cuts
Tell us your preferences using our cut specification form. Select your ideal mix of steaks, roasts, and other cuts, with remaining portions converted to ground beef. An email confirmation will be sent within 24-hours.

2. Reserve Your Share
Secure your preferred portion with a deposit: $200 for quarter, $400 for half, or $800 for whole cow. Your deposit guarantees your selection of our premium beef.

3. Receive In-Home Delivery
We'll process your order to your specifications and deliver it right to your door within 3-6 weeks. Final payment (cash, check, or credit card with 3% fee) based on hanging weight is collected upon delivery.
